Tomorrow is our first day of homeschooling! I am car riding the girls in so we can withdraw them and begin our new journey. After the severe issues we have had with the school, this is a godsend. Justin finally decided to hop on board tonight! He wrote up a discipline plan! So not like him, being Mr. Steady and all, but he made decisions and I praised him for it!
Our days will still start early. Probably seven am. We shall see. Justin has me wake up at 5 am to help with breakfast so he can leave for work on time. We will go until 1:00 and then we will be done. Of course, there will be additional learning outside of the set times. I love the flexibility we have. This week I will spend testing them to see where they are and developing next weeks lesson plans!

Best wishes as you and your family move forward especially understanding that it is an adjustment for all parties. Flexibility is definitely key as you work out the kinks but it is a wonderful road to travel.
